    I struggled with my diet for the past year, I've been so busy, not getting enough sleep but now I am back on track. I started my new diet on Monday but I am not really counting calories just eating healthy. Just veggies, fruits, wheat, grains, chicken, turkey and very little red meat. I also walk two hours a day on my brand new treadmill we got with tax return money since I know that is what I needed so I can walk after the kids go to bed and I don't have energy to jump around following a tape or DVD. I still use my Abs of Steel to help tone my stomach since after three kids it's in terrible shape.

    I weigh myself on Monday and I will see what my first week looks like. This is it though I will be at my goal before the end of Summer.

    I will post again on Monday. Hope all of you are doing well with your diet. Stay motivated, I know it's hard, but just focus on the big picture, being healthy and yes smaller, that is what helps me to push myself hard as I work-out every day.

    Hey ladies!! This is just where I need to be as well! After I had my daughter things kinda went down hill a bit. Hey I want to be in for the 30 pound loss in 8 weeks too WE CAN DO THIS!!! By determination, support, faith, and dedication we can make this happen! Now, where to start? lol.. I need help with this one cuz I am not one to do it on my own.

    Getting back in my workout groove, I got off track for a while, but now I am going full throttle to lose thirty pounds in the next 8 weeks. My son will be 1 year old and I don't want to be embarrass to take pictures with him!
