This Lemonade stand was created by Paper and Cakes and I think it's such a great idea. Not just a great idea to sell lemonade but this would also be a fun idea for an outdoor Summer wedding.



Instead of having a traditional dessert table, why not have a lemonade stand instead filled with snacks and desserts that pair well with lemonade, which is pretty much anything sweet.

I love  this idea  and with some imagination you can have a version of it at any indoor wedding too.

One of my latest wedding obsession "Battle of The Wedding Designers" which airs Friday nights on TLC at 10/9 c. If you're not watching it, you should be, it's so much fun and Victoria Joanne of Custom Wedding Garters had some of her wonderful goodies worn by the bride of the winning designer in next week's episode. Tonight the couple they are designing for has a $5000 wedding budget and I'm so excited to see it to grab as many ideas as I can. I'm not missing it and neither should you!

I am an avid freebie searcher. I have a big plastic tote that I keep just to store all the freebies and samples I get in the mail. Since I am on a very tight budget for my wedding...Ive decided to use some of the freebies to make gift baskets that can be used for game prizes at my bridal shower. Be creative....keep a theme when designing your baskets. Kitchen theme...may contain coffee samples, coupons, samples of any food or drink, kitchen gadgets, etc... Sometimes I get samples, sometimes I get coupons for free items. I love going to the mail and seeing what goodies I have!

I know a few of you ladies are having Peacock themed weddings and I am posting this mostly because I think it's cute. You may want to use it as part of your decor since it beats having live peacocks there since they will pretty much stay wherever you put them! They can even be used as centerpieces since they are 16 inches tall but instead of one, I would use two with the tail ends together. They do look quite similar to the live versions of themselves though and you can find here at save-on-crafts.com! I think I might just get one  or two myself.

Thank you to all who attended the Spring Meet and Greet. I had a wonderful time and got some wonderful tips, even some diet tips as well. A special thank you to Michelle Crisman and Mickie who were here at least 15 minutes before the event started, you made the night extra special.

All the winners were assigned numbers based on the order of the comments they left. For prize #1 determining the winner was easy since only one valid entry was posted.
