BRONZE BUDGET BRIDE

I was surfing the web for wedding gowns today and came across this fabulous dress and thought, "Wow, this is so me." The beading reminds of an Indian bridal lengha I actually thought might be a nice surprise as a second dress since my hubby is half Indian. The gown below is similar to the one I saw and liked, but it's definitely not the one since after having 3 kids there's no way I could wear that dress.

I love the tips in this video for making personalized chocolate wrappers. It's very easy to find fun size chocolate bars  and they sell for about $1.00 for a 10 piece pack, so very affordable. However, with a custom wrapper,  they will suddenly become a chocolate favor that you'd be proud to set out for your wedding guests or drop in a favor box as the video suggested.

I've seen a few butterfly themed weddings before but I must admit that this was the first red and white butterfly theme  wedding I've come across. The result was a vision of beauty as you can see from the photographs. Since I know there are a few Bronze Budget Brides who are doing a butterfly theme wedding as well, I just had to share this with you as inspiration.

The menu below is just a sample of the cuisine offered by the five star boutique hotel in London called simply... 41. If you pay really close attention that menu, much of the meal is what most of us consider to be comfort food. There's chicken soup, burgers, grill chicken, shortbread and even a sandwich. Of course we know that the quality of the meal will be exquisite but I think my mom's food is five star as well. So I posted the menu just to remind all of the small budget brides out there that you don't have to spend $200 per plate to give your wedding guest a unforgetably good meal.

Thank you for all of those who participated in my little experiment. The lowest guess was $30.00 which was just $25 from the actual price but I did it to prove a point. I saw these rings in Kohl's and thought they were so beautiful but because they were out in the open like the other fashion jewelry, so I knew they were Cudic Zirconia.  The price did still surprise me though because they do look quite genuine.
