Hello Ladies ,

I just had to share this with you guys,  since I have became engaged I have entered into numerous vacation honeymoon spots. Because we could'nt afford anything right away. So i forgot that i filled a form out at Micheals  the craft store. And I get a phone call the other morning tell me I was chosen to go on a four night trip to Cancun, or New Mexico. So i get so excited and until she tells me we have to come and sit for a semi survey on some cookware and we don't have to purchase anything. To recieve our tickets and  some grocery certificates. So we went on Sunday. And  it was semi crowded but we had to search for the event, it was not posted in the hotel. Well my honey was so excited because he loves to cook and anything free. So we meet this guy dressed in a dingy chef jacket and he 's telling us about the stainless steel and great for our health and how it differs from other regular pots and pan. So he cooks and I don't eat everyone's cooking . So I decline, honey said I was being rude. But I just wanted my winnings. so that guy goes on about it ' s a great discounted price. Well I was bored went to the bathroom came back and guess what honey was taking out the credit card. After we discussed in the car no purcashes . Just pick up and leave, well I go and take the paper he signed out the chef hand. And he tries to take it back , but i got it and burned it up. He was so upset with me starts yelling and saying your husband can make it his own mind up. Well I just let him have it. He called security and we left. As soon as we got back home I checked my email and got a ton of messages from consumer report. com about the dirty scams that Gateway Bride and Regal cruises vacations offer. So many people haave lost tons of money from purchases of a so called discounted cookware that really cost about 3,000 and they will garnish out of your checks. So please be careful. My honey is glad i took charge and he gives me much graditude.

Oh my gosh Tonya. I've gotten like 3 calls already saying I've won free trips for me and my husband. The last one was for cooking thing where they would come to the house and cook for my husband, me and friends. No obligation to buy. However, the more questions I asked, the more the lady stuttered especially when you ask how they got the info. Then they say perhaps a friend entered you to win. I knew then it was some type of scam.

I received that same call! I went to a bridal convention and I had filled out sweepstakes and such and a couple of months later I received the same call with the free trip and the cookware show. I told them I would call them back to see if I can go. I didn't go though because I had googled the company right after they called.
