There is one thing I've learned from the hundreds of wedding shows I've seen and reception photos I've browse and it is that the most affordable way to add some glam, charm and elegance to any small budget wedding is to add lots of candles. Even if the room itself is not as fab as you'd like, with dim lights and candles flickering, how could the guests not feel the love.
For afforable candles, you can check online here to cudge.net but also suggest visiting your local dollar stores since they may have pillar candles in stock for $1.00 or less. My favorite option available here on cudge.net for any small budget bride is the 72 white votive candles in glass holders for just $35.44.

I suggest using moist silk flower petals found here instead real ones to accent the candle centerpieces since they are fairly cheap. Efavormart.com sells them, 500 silk petals, in many different colors for just $5.99.

Add a few taperd candles along with some votives for a nice touch. This glass candle holder is available here at DollarTree.com for $1.00 and it will add a little of that platinum look but for less.
