Easy Wedding Cup-Cake Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar well; stir in cream. Then add dry ingredients and add melted butter. Beat well.
Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake springs back to the touch. After the cupcakes have cooled, affix decorative wrappers and decorate with icing and crystallized flowers. (To make these, mix 1/2 cup of egg white powder with a few drops of water. Add water until the mixture is the consistency of egg whites. Brush delicately onto the petals of edible flower blossoms. Sprinkle superfine sugar over the surface. Let dry on a baking rack covered with waxed paper. )
