This beautiful hair fascinator was hand-crafted by the amazing Kathy Johnson! It is an elegant ivory piece with a sparkling rhinestone button at the center and it measures about 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. It's perfectly decorated with a petite piece of French netting and this gorgeous creation is up for grabs.
