Would You Choose Black and White as your Wedding Colors to Save?

Should I have black and white wedding to save money? This is a question I asked myself many months ago when I realized that many of the venues I contacted only had white linens available as part of the package with a choice of napkins that always included black, white and Ivory. Originally, I loved the idea of a black and white wedding with red as an accent color and as you will see from the photos it's a color combination that is quite stunning when done right.  Plus with budget friendly Baby's Breath centerpieces on the tables, it's easy to see how easy one can have that stylish, elegant wedding with a mini budget.

Now, would you change your wedding colors to save money?

You could also do a white wedding with plum and aqua accents. Find a few pretty plum runners (I'm assuming less expensive than finding linens/chair covers), and some aqua centerpieces! Maybe even some inexpensive tulle bows to splash up the chairs! Hope you keep your colorful idea, it's too pretty to pass up!

Thanks Jettie. They are really beautiful and I want to go all or nothing since the vision would not be the same if I use that much white. I may do it for my 30th birthday dinner party in Jan of 2012 though or a bridal party brunch. Either way, I will use those colors for an event in the future. :D
