OMG, that sounds absolutely amazing! I love caribbean food. Our family is african american and puerto rican...I need a spin on that type of menu! I'm working on it!

Thanks Keish. My mom and I are making most of it and the mini beef patties we are getting from a Caribbean restaurant in Nashville. I know my guests would love it and it blends with my Caribbean theme. We will also be serving Caribbean drinks as well such as Ginger Beer (which is non-alcoholic), Mauby etc. plus Caribbean soda, beer and alcohol. We want our guests to really feel like they were transported to the Caribbean that night. We are going to meet a DJ who specializes in Caribbean music soon. So the food, atmosphere, music...I can't wait!!
