  Delicious!!!! Mini cheesecake is so on my menu. Im giving my guests this rather than cutting up my wedding cake.

  I knew you'd love these! They are yummy looking aren't they and the recipes are so easy to follow. Plus as you say, no need to worry about cutting up a cake, they're different, unexpected which guests always love! :)

  These look so incredible I think I just gained 5 lbs looking at them. My daughter is getting married next summer and I've volunteered to fund the catering and cake bill. So I am looking for options that make sense, and these remind me there is more than wedding cake to still be delicious and classy.   That is the site I recommend for finding local vendors too. I found places on that website I didn't know existed here in Clarksville. Unfortunately I don't have a specific vendor to recommend to you but try calling some of those that you've found at the GatheringGuide.com and you might get lucky that one of them do make these mini cheesecakes for a great price!
